Defendants TIC-- The Industrial Company (" TIC" and GeoSyntec ) Consultants, Inc. (" GeoSyntec" by and through their attorneys, respectfully request that the ), Court grant an extension of time to file a bill of costs. CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 7.1A Pursuant to D.C.Colo.LCivR 7.1A, Defendants have conferred with counsel for the Plaintiffs, who have no objection to the relief sought by this motion. GROUNDS FOR RELIEF 1. On January 22, 2008, the Court entered judgment in favor of

Defendants TIC and GeoSyntec on all claims and awarded Defendants TIC and GeoSyntec their costs, to be taxed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d)(1) and D.C.COLO.L.CivR 54.1.

Pursuant to D.C.COLO.L.CivR 54.1, Defendants are required to file a

bill of costs within 10 days after entry of judgment or by February 5, 2008. 3. Although Defendants have been diligently preparing their bills of costs,

Defendants need additional time to gather required back-up information and confer with Plaintiff' counsel regarding a stipulation as to costs. s 4. Defendants have not previously requested an extension of the deadline

to file a bill of costs. This request is not made for the purpose of delay. WHEREFORE, Defendants TIC and GeoSyntec move for an extension of one week, until February 12, 2008, to file their bills of costs.
