Qwest Communications Settlement Fund," for the amount of $340,000 payable to Damasco & Associates, for the payment of tax obligations, as provided in the Declaration is hereby approved. The funds shall be distributed from the earnings of the Distribution Fund. The wire transfer shall contain the notation "SEC v. Qwest
