ORDER TO DISBURSE FUNDS TO PAY DISTRIBUTION AGENT EXPENSES

The Court, having reviewed the Securities and Exchange Commission's Motion to Disburse Funds to Pay Distribution Agent Expenses [# 58], and the supporting Declaration of the Distribution Agent (the "Declaration"), and for good cause shown, It Is Hereby Ordered that the Distribution Agent shall issue a wire transfer on Bank of the West account number 756-013215, under the case name designation "SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund," for the amount of $26,620.64 payable to Gilardi & Co., LLC, for the payment of expenses incurred and fees, as provided in the Declaration. The funds shall be distributed from the earnings of the Distribution Fund. The wire transfer instructions shall contain the notation "SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund," the Federal tax identification number for the Qualified Settlement Fund 20-2883185, and payment identification "Distribution Agent expenses."
