SECURITIES LITIGATION This Document Relates To: All Actions. _____________________________________________________________________ MINUTE ORDER1 _____________________________________________________________________ In reviewing the defendant' pending motion to dismiss, the court finds that a s copy of the Second Consolidated and Amended Complaint (SAC) which reflects the differences between the SAC [#155], filed July 18, 2005, and the February 15, 2002, Consolidated Amended Complaint (CAC) [#52] would be helpful. The court orders that on or before January 20, 2005, the plaintiffs shall provide the court with a redlined copy of the SAC which clearly reflects: a) all language omitted form the SAC which was contained in the CAC; and b) all language added to the SAC which was not contained in the CAC. Such additions and deletions may be reflected using bold text, strikethrough, and/or color.
