and being fully advised of its premises, hereby GRANTS the Joint Motion to Dismiss and ORDERS that these six (6) cases with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), each party to pay their own costs and attorneys' fees, and any lis pendens filed or recorded previously on behalf of the Plaintiffs in each of the six (6) cases is released.
