JOINT MOTION TO CONTINUE THE ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURES OF EIGHT CASES FOR THIRTY DAYS

The Plaintiffs and the Defendant, the United States of America, through their respective counsel, hereby jointly request that this Court issue an Order continuing the administrative closures in eight (8) of the related actions referenced above, up to and including April 30, 2007, on the following grounds: 1. In a motion to dismiss filed on March 30, 2007, the parties have requested that

eighteen (18) of the twenty-six (26) cases that are currently on administrative hold be dismissed with prejudice.

The parties request that the Court continue the administrative closure as to the

eight (8) cases subject to this motion up to and including April 30, 2007. The parties expect at that time to dismiss most of the remaining cases. 3.
