Plaintiff Witness List - Brief Description Witness Chester Graham Brief Description Mr. Graham will testify to Go Pro's ownership of "HERE FISHY, FISHY," "BITE ME," "COME TO PAPA," "FISH FEAR ME," and "WOMEN LOVE ME, FISH FEAR ME." Mr. Graham will also testify to Go Pro's policing of its trademarks and other business values, as well as the overall value of such property. Mr Graham will also testify about licensing of Go Pro's and other rights in the clothing industry and related matters. Mr. Graham will also testify to River Graphics' infringement of its protectable rights and damages resulting from that infringement. Mr. Hallstrom will testify to the sale of Go Pro products, River Graphics' infringement of Go Pro's rights, River Graphics communications, general sale of embroidered clothing products and related matters. Mr. Pomeroy will testify to purchase of Go Pro embroidery products, communications with River Graphics, River Graphics' first use of the saying "HERE FISHY, FISHY" on shirts and hats and misappropriation of Go Pro's business values. Mr. Pomeroy may also discuss purchase and sale of embroidered clothing products generally. Mr. Shears will testify to River Graphics' infringement of Go Pro's rights and his involvement with River Graphics. Mr. Shears may also testify concerning the overall process of embroidering words and images into garments. Mr. Evans will testify to River Graphics' business and infringement of Go Pro's intellectual property rights. Mr. Parsons will testify to River Graphics' infringement of Go Pro's intellectual property rights. Mr. Parsons also has information concerning the extent and circumstances under which such infringement and misappropriation first occurred, the extent of such infringement, the revenues River Graphics has generated from its infringing conduct, etc.
