THIS MATTER, coming before the Court upon Go Pro Ltd.'s Motion in Limine to Exclude River Graphics, Inc.'s: (1) Reference to Go Pro's Supplemental Trademark Registration; (2) all irrelevant use of "HERE FISHY, FISHY" by third-parties; and (3) all evidence concerning alleged delay in bringing action, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Go Pro Inc.'s Motion is GRANTED. All evidence referencing Go Pro's Supplemental Trademark Registration, irrelevant use of "HERE FISHY, FISHY" by third-parties, and alleged delay in brining action will be EXCLUDED from use at trial.
