[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER This matter came before the Court on Defendant's Motion for a Protective Order. Upon consideration of Defendant's Motion and Plaintiff's opposition thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for A Protective Order is GRANTED and Plaintiff may not seek discovery from Defendant prior to this Court's decision on Defendant's Amended Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending the Decision of the Supreme Court in Office of Senator Mark Dayton v. Hanson, and issuance of a Scheduling Order for this case. SO ORDERED.
