Lead Plaintiffs in this action submit this unopposed motion for leave to file an oversized reply brief in support of their Motion for Class Certification ("Motion"). This relief is appropriate for the following reasons: 1. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A), undersigned counsel for Lead Plaintiffs

certify that they have conferred with counsel for defendants and have been authorized to represent to the Court that defendants do not oppose this motion. 2. The various defendants' oppositions to Lead Plaintiffs' Motion raise a number

of complex issues. In order to fully and adequately respond, Lead Plaintiffs need more than the ten pages typically allowed for routine motions. 3. In addition, Qwest and defendant Arthur Andersen filed separate opposition

briefs, with additional extensions to which Lead Plaintiffs agreed. Filing one reply brief will save the Court the inconvenience of reading multiple briefs on similar subjects.
