ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER This matter comes before the court on Qwest Communications International Inc.'s Unopposed Motion To Extend Time To Respond To Lead Plaintiffs' Contention Interrogatories Served Pursuant To The Court's August 4, 2005 Order (filed October 21, 2005; doc. no. 854). Upon consideration of the submissions of the parties and the relevant law, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and defendants Qwest, Anschutz, Slater, and Tempest shall have until November 23, 2005, to respond to Lead Plaintiffs' pending contention interrogatories.
