Wilmer LLP have entered an appearance in this case on behalf of Defendant Joseph Nacchio. The above mentioned are members of this bar, and are Colorado attorneys. 2. Defendant Joseph Nacchio has retained new counsel based out of New Jersey, and

also a new Colorado attorney, John Richilano, to represent him in this case. The New Jersey attorneys and Mr. Richilano have already entered appearances in this case. 3. Pursuant to D.C. COLO.LCivR 83.3(D), these attorneys seek to withdraw from
