Charles Stillman, Scott Himes, Diana Nehro, Michael Grudberg, Lara Shalov, the law firm of Stillman and Friedman, P.C. and any attorneys from the law firm of Stillman and Friedman, P.C. hereby submit this Motion for Withdrawal of Appearance, pursuant to D.C. COLO.LCivR 83.3(D), stating as follows: 1. Charles Stillman, Scott Himes, Diana Nehro, Michael Grudberg and Lara Shalov

are counsel of record in this case on behalf of Defendant Joseph Nacchio. 2. Defendant Joseph Nacchio has retained new counsel with the law firm of Stern &

Kilcullen of New Jersey, and also a new Colorado attorney, John Richilano, to represent him in this case. The Stern & Kilcullen attorneys and Mr. Richilano have already entered appearances in this case. 3. Pursuant to D.C. COLO.LCivR 83.3(D), these attorneys seek to withdraw from

this case and Defendant Nacchio desires that these attorneys withdraw. Defendant Nacchio's decision to change counsel constitutes good cause, and the new attorneys have been adequately advised of the proceedings herein.
