Objections to Plaintiffs' Designations Defendants object to the entire designation of Edward Martinez in that Plaintiffs cannot demonstrate that they have been unable to procure the attendance of the witness by subpoena or that presenting his testimony by deposition is otherwise permitted under Fed.R.Civ.P. 32.
