Bifurcation , as well as the case file , and otherwise being fully informed in this matter, finds as follows:
The Wholesale Broker Defendants '

Motion for Bifurcation is hereby granted. The Court

hereby bifurcates the trial of the AIMCO/National Union primary claims from the remaining
secondary claims.

It is further ordered that the court will schedule the resolution of the AIMCO/National
Union primary claims prior to the resolution of the remaining secondary claims.
