Kane ORDERS Attached in both Word and WordPerfect format is the working draft, dated June 6, 2007, of the final jury instructions in this case, with rulings set forth in footnotes as indicated. The parties shall review the instructions and notify the court by 9 a.m. tomorrow if they have major revisions to propose so that a follow up instructions conference may be set. Otherwise, the instructions will be finalized as indicated (stipulated changes or minor corrections should be proposed in writing in an appropriate motion) and counsel will be given time before trial commences Monday morning to make their record on the instructions. As set forth in the Court' Pretrial Procedures s Memorandum, counsel are expected to arrive one half hour before the 9:00 a.m. start date on Monday, June 11, 2007, to attend to these and other housekeeping matters.
