STATUS REPORT Plaintiff Paula M. Solis respectfully submits the following status report: 1. On March 31, 2005, this Court ordered the parties to file quarterly status reports

commencing June 28, 2005 in connection with a stay of proceedings pending the outcome of UNUM's reassessment of Ms. Solis's claim for long term disability benefits under its Claim Reassessment Process. 2. Solis has completed UNUM's claim reassessment form and submitted it to

UMUM. Solis has also been in contact with the person handling the reassessment for UNUM. UMUM's representative gave no indication of when a decision would be made. Due to the large volume of claims being reassessed by UNUM, UNUM's reassessment of Solis's claim may take several additional months.
