STATUS REPORT Plaintiff Paula M. Solis respectfully submits the following status report and states as follows: 1. On March 31, 2005, this Court ordered the parties to file quarterly status reports

commencing June 28, 2005 in connection with stay of proceedings pending the outcome of UNUM's Claim Reassessment Process. 2. After notifying UNUM of her desire to participate in the Claim Reassessment

Process Solis received correspondence from UNUM advising her that it had received her election to participate and would contact her when it was ready to proceed with the reassessment of her claim for long-term disability benefits. Solis was also recently advised by telephone that UNUM

is handling a large volume of reassessments in chronological order and had not started review of her claim yet. 3. Undersigned counsel has conferred with counsel for UNUM concerning this
