ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER Upon review of the Joint Status Report (doc. no. 524), parties are coming to closer to final resolution of the settlement documents. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that parties have up to and including July 17, 2006 to file a stipulated motion to dismiss or a status report addressing why dismissal has not been accomplished. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a joint status report regarding settlement discussions between Plaintiffs and pro se Defendant Leone shall be filed no later than July 31, 2006. DATED: June 16, 2006
