COURTROOM MINUTES / MINUTE ORDER HEARING: STATUS CONFERENCE Court in Session: 10:06 a.m. Court calls case. Appearance of counsel. Mr. Leone appears Pro Se. This is the time set for a Final Pretrial Conference. In light of the current posture of this case, the time is utilized as a Status Conference. The Final Pretrial Order is not signed. 10:07 a.m. 10:11 a.m. COURT GOES OFF THE RECORD TO DISCUSS SETTLEMENT. COURT IS BACK ON THE RECORD.

The Court is advised by counsel that the " Freeborn Defendants"are in the process of finalizing a settlement. As to those parties, no Pretrial Order will be addressed as it appears unnecessary. It is ORDERED: No later than JUNE 15, 2006 , the parties shall file either Appropriate documents to resolve their disputes and claims OR a Joint Status Report advising the Court of the progress made in the settlement and how much time is needed if the parties need additional time to complete the settlement .

The Court excuses Mr. O' Donnell, Ms. Fairless, and Ms. Walker, who leave the courtroom.
