R. Evid. 702 re: Laura Voight, which the parties filed yesterday, to add the opinion portion of Ms. Voight's anticipated testimony which was inadvertently omitted from the original joint motion. amended motion is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Court denied the original motion earlier today, based on its determination that the motion failed to include Ms. Voight's opinion. Defendant requests that the Court reconsider its prior ruling and rule on the merits of the amended motion, which includes the opinion portion of Ms. Voight's testimony that was inadvertently omitted from the original motion. D.C.Colo. LCivR 7.1 Certification Counsel undersigned has conferred with Plaintiff's counsel, Sander Karp, who has advised that he does not object to the timeliness of the amended motion. Mr. Karp's only objection to the amended motion is that the Court already ruled on the original joint motion. The proposed
