Plaintiff has filed his amended witness and exhibit list separately and Defendant's amended witness and exhibit list is attached hereto. At the final pretrial conference before Magistrate Judge Schaffer, counsel for the parties agreed to provide any amended lists within thirty days (on or before April 3, 2006),1 and to work together to prepare a joint exhibit list that complies with the requirements stated in the Court's Pretrial Preparation Order. Pursuant to the Court's Pretrial Preparation Order, the parties' joint exhibit list is due April 21, 2006. Defense counsel received Plaintiff's amended exhibit list yesterday and is currently in the process of coordinating with Plaintiff's counsel to compile a joint exhibit list, which the parties will file on or before the April 21, 2006, deadline.

As the Court's e-filing system was down yesterday, the Court has extended all of yesterday's filing deadlines to today's date.
