Plaintiffs UnitedGlobalCom, Inc., et al, respectfully request a one day extension of time to file their reply in support of their request to re-open administratively closed case. As a basis therefore, undersigned counsel states that he has been communicating with Australian attorneys with respect to the background in this matter, and the time differences involved have caused a slight delay in finalizing the Reply. Undersigned counsel has consulted with opposing counsel Chip Sander who has no objection to the request. No prior extensions of time have been sought.
