WILLIAM SABLAN'S SUPPLEMENT TO STATUS REPORT RE: THE PENALTY PHASE Comes now, the defendant, William Sablan ("William"), by and through court appointed counsel, and provides this Supplement to Status Report Re: the Penalty Phase. 1) On Thursday, March 15, 2007, the Court conducted a Hearing on the
defendant's Status Report Re: Penalty Phase filed on March 15, 2007 (Dk# 2366). 2) At said Hearing, the Court requested counsel to provide the pages of
transcript applicable to the Court's prior ruling on Dr. Frederick. 3) Attached and incorporated herein, are the pages from the January 17, 2007
Hearing in which the Court specifically ruled that Dr. Frederick would not be allowed to testify in either phase of the trial. 4) The Court also specifically ruled that only Dr. Herbel would be permitted
to testify in rebuttal at the Penalty Phase. 5) The Court's written order on this issue, which does not mention Dr.
Frederick by name, is dated January 19, 2007 (Dk# 2194).
