ORDER WAIVING THE APPEARANCE OF DEFENDANT FOR HEARINGS ON MOTIONS IN DECEMBER 2007

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant's Unopposed Motion to waive his appearance for the December 3-5 and December 20-21, 2007 motions hearings. The Court finds good cause for the waiver and further finds the waiver to be knowingly and voluntarily made. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Order Waiving the Appearance of Defendant for Hearings on Motions in December 2007 (docket # 2659) is GRANTED. The Court waives Defendant's appearance at the hearings in December 2007. It is FURTHER ORDERED that ADX shall provide a live video feed from the ADX courtroom to the Court.
