The proffer shall include and discuss any acts referenced in Defendant's Motion in Limine Regarding Character and Habit of Mr. Estrella that Defendant still wishes to introduce at trial. All information Defendant wants the Court to consider as to those acts shall also be provided by that date (even if also provided in connection with a prior hearing).
