Smith) THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ) ) Defendant. ) ) PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING Plaintiff Innovair Aviation Limited ("Innovair") hereby moves for a postponement of the hearing scheduled for April 22, 2008, for oral argument following the parties' completed post-trial briefing. Innovair's attorney of record, Ty Cobb, is required to participate in legal proceedings on behalf of Hogan & Hartson in Colorado on the scheduled date, April 22, and the following day. Counsel for Innovair has conferred with the government's attorney of record, Ms. Sherry Floyd, who does not oppose this motion. For purposes of rescheduling the argument, Counsel for Innovair and Counsel for the Government are available on May 9, 12, or 13.
