In a joint notice of filing submitted on December 10, 2007, the parties agreed that Plaintiff's exhibits 243 through 253 should be admitted into evidence and become part of the trial record in this action. The parties' request is GRANTED. The Court notes that PX 250 contains ten pages of handwritten notes. The Court ORDERS Defendant to submit a declaration authenticating these notes, identifying the authors and specifying the file or files in which these documents were located. Because the notes are somewhat illegible Defendant is further ordered to file a typewritten version. Defendant shall file the declaration and transcription by January 14, 2008.
