DUTY TO AVOID UNNECESSARY COST OF SER\·’l(TE Ol? SUlvlM()NS
Rule 4 ofthe Federal Rules ofCivil Procedurerequires certain parties to cooperate in saving
unnecessary cost ofservice ofthe summons and the complaint. A ttetetitiitiii located in the
