THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. __________ ORDER __________ On May 16, 2003, plaintiff in these cases filed a motion seeking reconsideration of this court's stay order of April 3, 2003. The motion offers various legal arguments and factual claims in support of plaintiffs' request that this court modify its stay. The court does not deem a response to this motion necessary. The court is well aware of the legal standards applicable to the matter at hand, as well as the other considerations emphasized by plaintiff. Based upon that legal standard, the court remains convinced that the circumstances here warrant the stay previously entered and do not support any modification thereof. The motion for reconsideration, therefore, is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
