PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO RECONSIDER STAY OF CASE As set forth in the appended Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider Stay of Case, the exhibits thereto, and the Affidavit of Rhonda Sekyra, North Star respectfully requests that the Court reconsider its ruling of April 3, 2002 staying the litigation and order the Government to furnish copies to North Star of all requested audit reports. WHEREFORE North Star respectfully requests that the stay be lifted for all purposes or, alternatively, that the litigation be reopened for the limited purpose of conducting document discovery and/or proceeding with briefing, argument, and rulings on all pending motions.
