IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF FEDERAL CLAIMS NORTH STAR ALASKA HOUSING CORP., Plaintiff, v. THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) )
No. 98-168C (Judge Allegra)
DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE DEFENDANT'S REPLY TO PLAINTIFF'S STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's July 7, 2004 order, North Star was required to file a status report in this case. Allegedly relying upon prior filings by defendant, North Star's report presents an incorrect statement of our position. North Star also proposes a schedule which is in part unrealistic, and in part too extended. Lastly, North Star's report requests release of confidential information. Accordingly, we respectfully request leave to file a reply to North Star's status report. Respectfully submitted, PETER D. KEISLER Assistant Attorney General
