PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR AN ENLARGEMENT OF TIME Pursuant to Rule 6.1 of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims, Plaintiff respectfully requests a twelve-day enlargement of time, from July 2, 2004 to July 14, 2004, within which to respond to Defendant's Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. This is Plaintiff's first request for an enlargement of time for this purpose. This motion is necessitated by the press of business.
