No. 98-168C (Filed: September 21, 2004) __________ NORTH STAR ALASKA HOUSING CORPORATION, Plaintiff, v. THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ The evidentiary hearing will be held in this case via video conferencing on Thursday, October 7, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. (EST). In preparation for this hearing, on or before September 30, 2004, the parties shall file with the court: (i) a list of witnesses, a description of their testimony and the estimated length thereof; and (ii) a list of exhibits to be introduced at this hearing. The court will initiate the video conference and counsel for both parties shall participate at the United States Court of Federal Claims, National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W, Washington, DC 20005, in courtroom # 4. Witnesses residing outside the Washington, D.C. area shall testify via video conference at a private location of their choosing and the parties shall ensure that any exhibits to be reviewed by those witnesses as part of their testimony are the same as those to be introduced into the record and will be available at the remote location in a form mutually acceptable to both parties. Witnesses in the Washington, D.C., shall appear in person before the court. The parties are again reminded that the court will pursue, to the fullest extent, any violations of law, this court's rules or ethics that it perceives to have occurred in this matter. The parties are expected to cooperate fully in preparation for the evidentiary hearing. IT IS SO ORDERED.
