CONSENT MOTION FOR AN ENLARGEMENT OF TIME WITHIN WHICH THE PARTIES MUST FILE RESPONSE TO POST-TRIAL BRIEFS Pursuant to Rule 6(b)(1)of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims, Plaintiff North Star Alaska Housing Corporation ("Plaintiff") respectfully moves the Court to enlarge the time within which the parties must file their Responses to Post Trial Briefs by fourteen (14) calendar days, from January 30, 2006 to February 13, 2005. The Court has not previously extended this due date. Counsel requests this extension for good cause due to the schedules of counsel for both Plaintiff and Defendant United States of America ("Defendant"). Defendant has indicated its consent to this motion. For these reasons, counsel for Plaintiff, with the consent of counsel for the Government, respectfully requests that the Court grant its motion of an enlargement of time to February 13, 2006.
