CONSENT MOTION FOR AN ENLARGEMENT OF TIME WITHIN WHICH THE PARTIES MUST FILE POST-TRIAL BRIEFS Plaintiff North Star Alaska Housing Corporation hereby moves the Court to enlarge the time period within which the parties must file post-trial briefs by seven days, or until November 21, 2005. This time period has not been previously enlarged. This enlargement of time is necessitated by the press of business and the unexpected illness of counsel.
