Reference 1 asks for corrections to the Delivery Commitment Schedule's (DeS's) sent in Reference 2. This letter will address those corrections. DC$No. 99-120]-4374-0] The DOE rejected the DCS because the earliest discharge date 2.6, 3/23/74 corresponded to Cyc]e 11 fuel which was reported to be all shipped off-site. The data for these fuel pins was reported incorrectly. The range of dates should be 6/2/74 to 9/26/93 which corresponds to Cycles 12 and 26. The Cycle 26 RW-859will be submitted this year,as required days aftercycle 90 start-up. The piecelist has been updated reflect to the cycledischarge date of each item.Corrected DCS formsare also attached. DCS No. 99-]20]-4374-04 The DOE rejected the DCS because the present process does not handle non-fuel material. This DCS is resubmitted a sing]eBWR fuel assembly as with the full rangeof acceptable delivery dates.The intention to changethe DCS later is as the DOE expands its process. No. 00-]201-4374-0~ The DOErejected the DCSbecause the discharge dates 2.6, do not correspond to the end of Big Rock Point Cycles. Big Rock Point predicted discharge dates into the future and the DOErequires that only discharge dates specified by completed RW-859's be used. The DCShas been revised to reflect only assemblies discharged of the latestcycle, as Cycle26, 6/26/93.
