ORDER The parties request a period of discovery to close on November 30. We grant that request with the understanding that counsel will agree on a time to meet with the court during the week of December 5 or December 28 to discuss the merits of this case and the likelihood of trial. We do not anticipate a dispositive motion in a Complaint of this nature, but counsel would notify the court of intent to file such a motion should the occasion arise. We are available at any time to discuss this case with the parties, or to assist in discovery or settlement.
