THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ An evidentiary hearing was originally scheduled to be held in this case at 10:00 a.m. (C.S.T.) on January 18, 2007. The time of the hearing has been changed, and the hearing will now begin at 9:30 a.m. (C.S.T.) on January 18, 2007, at the United States District Courthouse (Courtroom 1620), 1100 Commerce St., Dallas, TX 75242. Each party shall have three hours to present testimony, which includes both direct and cross-examination. The parties are reminded that the hearing and all testimony shall focus only on the applicability of 26 U.S.C. § 6501(e)(1)(A)(i), and that no expert shall opine on the ultimate issues before the court.
