substantive evidence in this case. The deposition sought to be admitted was taken in this case. The witness Plaintiffs' intend to present by deposition is as follows: William Vogel: Mr. Vogel resides in London, England and currently works for Deutsche Bank. His relevant testimony can be adequately presented through is deposition transcript. Based upon the initial witness disclosures provided by the United States, the United States may file a motion to seek to introduce deposition testimony of Mr. Vogel.
