Defendant's response was due December 11, 2006. Defendant requests the enlargement of one day until December 12, 2006, to allow the United States Department of Agriculture officials to review defendant's response. Defendant further represents that plaintiffs' counsel does not oppose defendant's request for enlargement. For good cause shown, the court GRANTS defendant's Unopposed Request for an Enlargement of Time.
