The Court held a recorded preliminary scheduling conference on April 4, 2006, to discuss the parties' proposed discovery schedules. Upon thorough consideration of the parties' proposed schedules, the Court adopts Defendant's proposed discovery schedule. Pursuant to Rule 16(b) and Appendix A ΒΆ 8, of the Rules of the Court of Federal Claims, the Court ORDERS that: 1. 2. Plaintiffs shall identify their expert witnesses no later than September 1, 2006. Plaintiffs shall submit their expert reports to Defendant no later than October 13, 2006. Defendant shall identify its expert witnesses no later than November 15, 2006. Written and fact discovery shall close no later than December 15, 2006. Defendant shall submit its expert reports to Plaintiffs no later than January 12, 2007. Expert discovery shall close no later than February 28, 2007. The parties shall file a joint status report no later than March 16, 2007.

Both parties shall cooperate to expedite discovery. IT IS SO ORDERED.
