The parties reported that they were unable to agree upon plaintiffs' requests to depose witnesses pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Thus, the parties sought the court's assistance to resolve their dispute. During the status conference, defendant's counsel stated that she would prefer to brief any unresolved issues between the parties. Accordingly, the parties represented that they would confer and propose a briefing schedule; however, as of the date of this order, the parties have not filed a briefing schedule. The parties shall file a status report advising the court of their progress in resolving their discovery disputes no later than Friday, July 6, 2007. IT IS SO ORDERED. s/ Margaret M.
