The parties both agreed that additional time was necessary to complete discovery. Accordingly: 1. the court will hold a status conference in the case on Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. to discuss with the parties the status of discovery proceedings. The parties shall appear by telephone. the parties shall complete discovery no later than Friday, September 14, 2007.
