For good cause shown, the parties' motion is GRANTED. This case therefore is STAYED for the limited period requested, during which time the parties are encouraged to pursue diligently the resolution of their dispute. If the parties fail to reach a settlement by March 8, 2007, the proceedings in this case shall resume.
