THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ On September 22, 2006, this court filed an order directing the Clerk to consolidate case No. 06-570C with case No. 06-157C pursuant to RCFC 42(a). Following this order, No. 06570C was somehow designated as the lead case in the courts electronic filing system (CM/ECF). This appears to have caused some confusion as to where filings should occur. The court reiterates that No. 06-157C is the lead case in this matter. Accordingly, all further filings should be filed under the lead case, No. 06-157C. IT IS SO ORDERED.
