JOINT STATUS REPORT Defendant, the United States, respectfully submits the following status report upon behalf of the parties. For the

reasons set forth below, the parties agree that the stay in this case should be extended for an additional 30 days, through and including June 22, 2006. The parties are engaged in settlement discussions regarding the above captioned action, which involves claims for alleged unpaid overtime and related relief. Thus far, counsel for the Counsel for
