Pursuant to the discussions held at the status conference, the court adopts the following schedule: 1. On or before January 12, 2007, defendant shall make its initial disclosures; On or before April 30, 2007, discovery shall be completed; On or before May 14, 2007, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating how this case should proceed, with an appropriate schedule.
