Our response is currently due on February 28, 2007.

This is defendant's seventh request for an enlargement of time for this purpose. Counsel for plaintiff has informed us that

plaintiff does not oppose our request for an enlargement of time for this purpose. We are seeking this enlargement of time because the parties have agreed to the terms of a settlement agreement but require additional time to execute the settlement agreement and process the settlement payment. Once the settlement agreement is

executed and the settlement amount paid, the parties plan to file a joint stipulation of dismissal without prejudice. For these reasons, defendant respectfully requests that the
