For good cause shown, Defendant's motion is GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to allow the filing of Defendant's August 11, 2008 Amended Answer and Counterclaims. Accordingly, the parties shall observe the following deadlines: 1. Discovery regarding the subject of Defendant's counterclaims shall close on January 12, 2009; and To discuss further proceedings, counsel for the parties are requested to participate in a telephonic conference on the record to be held on January 20, 2009 at 3:00 PM.
